Galva-Guard™ is the original high zinc, lead-free galvanizing repair solder. It is used to repair galvanized coatings that have been damaged by cutting, welding, etc.  Galva-Guard™ is easy to apply in horizontal, vertical, or overhead applications with simple tools.  It yields a bright silver color, giving you a better color match than common lead containing solders.

We manufacture Galva-Guard™ as a 1/4″ diameter wire solder and stock it in the following sizes:

• 1# coils
• 10# spools
• 80# spools
• 5-kg spools
• 36-kg spools
